Comic con joyness!
I began this awesome weekend hanging out with my girl, Quynh, and a friend I hadn’t seen in ages, James H of In His Likeness (see banners to the right). There was drinking, watching old man speed chess, and binging on perogies.
I went to comic con this weekend with Ami and met up with some great web comic friends of ours: Ross , Marty & Nick, James H, Darren, and of course, Onezumi and Harknell. I forgot how much fun hanging out with these people is! We even went to a panel on webcomics given by a bunch of somewhat old cats, who kept the discussion rooted in 10-year-old realities. We even met some really cool new people (yes, at a comic convention even!) I have to go through my business cards and link to them, as well.
There were some costumes, many many scary costumes, but I gotta give props to the guy who dressed up like Tigger. After the panels and such, we went off to a great thai place that was having half-priced cocktails (HELL YEAH) and then, James Hatton was hosting a cosplay burlesque show.
Yes, I thought that sounded awful, too, but we went to give props to a friend. Turned out to be awesome, and really well done. Also got to relive prepubescent fantasies, watching Gambit and Rogue make out and Tuxedo Mask strip! It was hella fun and I screamed my head off in praise.
Then, I went and got drunk with a sexy Canadian, finally losing steam around 3 am. It has been a crazy, yet fantabulous weekend, indeed!
If you ran into my comic from my little booklets, thanks! Welcome to the insanity that is Breegaria, and please feel free to drop me a line!

What, no dangers of Wolverine burlesque?
Seriously, it was awesome meeting you guys.
Also, please consider making a Breegarian national flag – With, like, a unicorn shaking its ass next to a pirate double-fisting from a bottle of rum and a bottle of whiskey. You need the colors to lead your people to glory…and more booze.
