Cats are Weird.
In case you were not aware: cats are weird.
Schrodinger is uninterested in Colin’s offers of bacon, fish, beef jerkey—anything! But, he loves taking lettuce and broccoli and dropping them into his water dish.

Mine drops toys into their water dish. Especially the electronic chirpy ones. o_O

My cats go crazy when I bring home greens. One especially loves nibbling on corn husks. I agree. Cats. Are. Weird.

In my experience, cats drop things into their water bowls in hope the own will place fresh water in the bowl. I know I certainly wouldn’t want to drink from a bowl of water thats been sitting on the FLOOR for who knows how many days. Its still pretty silly and adorable when they do it though.

This explains the straw thing. I knew he wasn’t smart enough to figure out sipping… he just dumps everything into his water bowl.
